SECTION 3 INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of Contest participants will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, and from May 25, 2018 on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) a) for the purpose of conducting the contest, communication, awarding prizes, and also - with regard to the first name, first letter of the last name, and place of residence - for the purpose of publishing on the list of winners on the website www.ClubBeat.eu, b) for establishing, pursuing, or securing claims.

The Administrator entrusts the processing of contest participants personal data to entities involved in handling the contest, entities involved in delivering or handing over prizes, or involved in establishing, pursuing, or securing claims.

Personal data of contest participants will be processed for the purpose of conducting the contest for the duration of the contest, and after the contest ends, for the period required by mandatory legal provisions, for example arising from tax or accounting regulations.

A contest participant has the right to request from the Administrator access to their personal data, its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. A contest participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data and to data portability. Providing personal data by the Participant, in accordance with the content of the contest rules, is a condition for participation in it or for receiving a prize, and is voluntary. The consequence of not providing it is the inability to take part in the contest or to receive a prize
